The Tampa Bay Storm have made many different moves in the past few days. One of those moves is that they acquired wide receiver Xaiver Boyce. Boyce played his rookie season with the Philadelphia Soul in 2015. He caught 15 passes for 177 yards and six touchdowns.

They also have WR Mike Washington, who they acquired from the Arizona Rattlers in a trade last week.

Washington, the five-year AFL veteran, began his AFL career with the Pittsburgh Power in 2011. He spent three seasons in the steel city before joining the Spokane Shock in 2014. He caught 89 passes for 801 yards and 15 touchdowns last season for the Shock. He will most certainly be a big part of helping the Storm get back on track after their bye week, as they are sitting at 0-3 on the season.

The Storm also placed kick returner/wide receiver Gerald Young on injured reserve. He started all three games for the team this season, catching nine pass for 109 yard and a touchdown. he also returned 11 kickoffs for 212 yards.

The Storm also reassigned center Jeremy Schonbrunner, who started all 17 games for the Storm last season.
