2016 Week 3 Preview: Rattlers vs Storm

The Arizona Rattlers will host the Tampa Bay Storm on Saturday night. The Rattlers are the same team we have seen over the years. They are still dominating teams in every way. They held both of their first two opponents, the Portland Steel and the Los Angeles KISS, to 28 points each, while the Rattlers have scored a total of 149 points in their first two games.

As for the Storm, who are celebrating their 25th season in the Arena Football League, this season has not started the way they had hoped. They started off with a 51-point loss to their in-state rival Orlando Predators in the 3,000th game of the AFL. In Week 2, the Storm lost a 12-0 lead and an interception in the end zone prevented an upset in Cleveland over the surging Gladiators.

This matchup between the Rattlers and Storm doesn't look good at all. The Rattlers have been absolutely dominant in every way while luck has not been on the Storm's side thus far this season. It seems as if the Rattlers will have their way with the Storm in this game. This is a one-sided matchup on paper, and it appears it will also be one-sided on the field when the two face off on Saturday.
