The Tampa Bay Storm have announced that they have activated wide receiver Julius Gregory off of injured reserve. He had been on injured reserve since suffering an injury in the season opener against the Orlando Predators on April 1. He caught four passes for 34 yards and a touchdown in the game.

"It's a blessing to be back with the team," Gregory said, "I'm looking forward to getting back out on the field and helping the team in any way that I can."

They could use him, too. In his rookie season in 2015, he caught 98 passes for 1,036 yards and 27 touchdowns. The 1,036 receiving yards were fifth most by a rookie in Storm history. His 27 touchdowns were fourth most by a Storm rookie.

In addition to activating Gregory off of IR, they have also activated Isaiah Shelton from IR and placed jack linebacker Rick-J Hill on IR. They have also placed linebacker Tyler Moore and wide receiver Tristan Purifoy on reassignment.
