The Philadelphia Soul were looking to avenge a bad loss against the Jacksonville Sharks as they hosted the 0-2 Portland Steel on Sunday afternoon. The Steel were looking for their first win of the season.

The Soul got off to a slow start, as QB Dan Raudabaugh started 1-3 for 21 yards. He was on fire from then on out and the Soul began their domination. At one point in the game, they held a 42-6 lead at the end of the first half. The Soul never gave in and they would win the game by a final score of 70-32.

Raudabaugh threw for yards and touchdowns. Steel QB Dann Southwick finished with 280 yards passing and five touchdowns, but he also threw two interceptions and was sacked multiple times. Jared Perry caught nine passes for 111 yards and two touchdowns.

The Soul will host their third consecutive home game as they welcome the Cleveland Gladiators to town in a rematch of their Week 1 meeting. The Steel are off next week and will continue to search for their first win of the season as they travel to Arizona to take on the Rattlers on April 30.
